Dr. Ran Kim

Dr. Ran S. Kim, MD, FACS, is a highly experienced colorectal surgeon and wound care specialist with decades of clinical, surgical, and leadership expertise. With a medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania and advanced surgical training at prestigious institutions including Johns Hopkins and Stanford, Dr. Kim has built a distinguished career focused on complex colorectal conditions and advanced wound management.

He currently serves as Director of Wound Care at Walnut Creek Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation and is the Founder of U Wellness Enterprise, where he leads multiple medical and surgical practices. Dr. Kim is widely recognized for his expertise in minimally invasive and robotic colorectal surgery, as well as in the treatment of chronic and complex wounds, including diabetic, pressure, and post-surgical cases.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Kim has held prominent leadership roles, including Chairman of the Department of Surgery at John Muir Medical Center, and has been actively involved in numerous professional organizations. His commitment to innovation, multidisciplinary care, and patient-centered outcomes has earned him recognition from both peers and patients throughout his career.
